It began at a kitchen table, with a mother who baked.

Over the years, Maria Rosaria's desserts became the thing people remembered — the reason guests asked who made them, the recipe friends requested again and again. What started as love became a reputation.

FROLLA brings those recipes to the restaurants, hotels, and cafés of Miami. Founded by her children, Eleonora and Sabino, it carries a simple belief: a great meal deserves a great ending — and no kitchen should have to choose between quality and ease to serve one.
